WELCOME!!! I'm Maira, a girl who likes drawing, playing videogames, music, is also stuck in the 2010s, and this is my wacky corner of the internet! I created this place because I wanted my own area where I could post my art, talk about my interests, and just do whatever, ( I also created this website because I noticed that the internet had gotten pretty bland and online platforms were starting to look pretty boring looking, customization on profiles and stuff were starting to kinda disappear too, and that just couldn't do.) here I'll be posting my art and talk about whatever I like whenever I want to! Anyway, Thanks for visiting this silly place of mine!

AAAAAAAAAAH I WENT OFF TRACK AGAAAIIIN. I made another page instead of working on the two things im SUPPOSED to put on the main page D:, whatever its been done anyway and i cant do anything about it 😔. once the main page is FULLY finished, the blog page and other page (the about me page) will be accessible. feel like i should make the page when you first enter the website just so people see the content warnings first before entering the website first time.

website button!!! ive finished the website button! now people are capable of linking my website on their website (if they choose too), make sure to do the whole "image as a link" thing otherwise clicking the button wont work and wont send you or others to the website! the last two things on the main page here are just the large middle section and the section under that. its probably gonna take a while to get those two things done since its just gonna be art on there cuz i dont know what else to put on the main page lol.

so ive been sorta working on the blog page even tho i said i'd finish the main page and then get to other pages but i sorta just get off track of certain stuff when i wanna do something first before i do another thing, ive done the buttons to the other pages already but right now they're place holder images and dont link to anything right now. so currently for the website RIGHT NOW i'll be working on main page stuff since i only have one thing left to do for the blog page, i also got a new keyboard thats clear and has led stuff or whatever that makes it all rainbow :P

its been a little while since i've updated the website, i was making sure that the website was alright and making sure if there was anything i needed to fix, while i was doing that i decided to change my font (not the font of the website i use chrome and you're able to change the font for every website that allows the font to be changed from the chrome setting) and i went back to the website and a bunch of stuff was messed up! i dont know if that had to do with me changing the font settings or something happened with the code i have but ive fixed the stuff that got messed up, i made a document file of the code i had before in case i have go back to the original code before i fixed it all. i think ill be creating a disclaimer right before the main page just to let people with other screen resolutions that the website may not look so great on their device, as well with some content warnings after i'm done with the main page and stuff. The screen resolution disclaimer thing might not have to be implemented if i am able to understand how media queries work (media queries are how you're able to position your stuff for different screen resolutions so they dont look all jumbled up).

Unfortunately, I had to get rid of the GifyPet of Ruby due to it not staying in place for some reason, i tried everything i could for it to stay in place. but it just wouldnt work. so sadly, there will be no GifyPets :(. in replace of the area i used to have the GifyPet it will be a little section with more art, i suppose. i might decide to go for something else, but we'll just have to wait and see.

happy new year! it still feels like 2020 to me, which is strange. the year went by so fast its crazy, anyway, instead of creating the website button i got kinda carried away and made a GifyPet! meet Ruby, they're one of my OCs that i created. btw, once im done with the main page i'll be making the blog page and then the art page, and then an OC page that has all my OCs and where you can learn more about them! i think i'll take a little break from coding to do whatever i want to do. till then folks!

yay! the "My Status" thing is done! i also added the backgrounds and stuff, what i'm gonna be doing now is creating the header image and then i'm gonna work on the little area where i'll be putting my website button.

i've created both the "my status" and the little area where i'll be putting my website button for other people to put on their own website if they want to. i think i'll be doing graphics and such now since all i really have to do now is set up certain stuff the way i want and then its the other pages!

i managed to create the website updates thing and i'll be migrating the update messages from here to there, unfortunately i cant copy the code of the 'status cafe' widget over onto here because of the code using some thing im unable to use cuz i havent upgraded to supporter :P, i'll be doing an alternative way to do the whole "My Status" thing in a way that allows me to customize it all that i want.

i've made the main content area a bit smaller in height because i feel like i wont need all of that space, so instead of keep it as some blank area im going to be putting some art there just so it doesnt look too boring i just need to create another box there and find out the height to width ratio of it. i also got a little cursor effect onto here from mf2fm.com, i think i might also use the rainbow text effect script from there somewhere on here, dont know though...

Alright, so i got all of the stamps now (plus new ones), that took a while, and now because of what happened previously i have been making several saves of my website just in case. i'll be doing backgrounds and adding more things, i'll also try to figure out how i can place the 'status cafe' widget on here, i might make my own, not sure though but i'll also try making a little website updates thing since the right sidebar is looking pretty empty right now, i'll also be putting some music in here, but that'll have to wait until i get this main page finished. (btw the parts that are lightgrey are gonna be custom images and not a solid background.) i've also opened the site profile, so feel free to leave a comment if you want! just be civil please. (°◡°)

SO I LOST A LOT OF PROGRESS ON MY WEBSITE BECAUSE I MESSED UP SOMETHING AND I COULDNT FIND OUT WHAT I MESSED UP SO IM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE POINT I WAS AT BEFORE! i wish neocities had a thing where you could go back to previous verisons on your website, now i gotta place all my 73 stamps into the left sidebar again 😠
